Havaianas Flagship Store in Malaysia!

My first introduction to Havaianas came a little later than others. Although I caught up with lost time with over 12 pairs to my name, I've been told that this is nothing compared to the hardcore Havaianistas' haul.  So if you're one of them, then this piece of news here might send you to a palpitating frenzy. Come this November, Malaysia will host the biggest Havaianas flagship store outside of Brasil. Time to give your feet some sweet, sweet rubber loving soon!

Havaianas have had its claim to fame many times amongst the wheelers and dealers of the fashion world. From Nina Garcia who in her book The One Hundred, noted that "everyone from the average citizen to the highest dignitary wears them" to Christian Louboutin who said, "Every woman should own three pairs of shoes -- high heels, flats, and Havaianas." Havaianas arrival in Malaysia will be received with open arms. For years Malaysians have had to travel far and wide in order to get their feet on a pair of these fashion staple. With it's new home in Pavilion this November; you can bet that you'll find men, women, kids, babies, the young, the old, me... at the new 900 square foot, custom-designed store named "H-The all Havaianas".
